Yesterday in a major ruling the Supreme Court allows Trump to build his border wall because the plaintiffs do not have standing.
Before that the Appeals Court rejects the Emoluments case because the plaintiffs do not have standing.
Seems to me that Trump can do whatever the f- he wants and violate the Constitution because the plaintiffs do not have standing.
Well who does have standing? Must be someone. Don’t we all have standing as citizens of the United States when the Constitution is violated?
