Nowhere in the Supreme Court's decision in King v. Burwell is there any discussion, analysis, reference, or mention of any kind, as to whether the petitioners even had standing to bring the case.
I find this incredible. Unfathomable. Incomprehensible. Stunning. Staggering.
And I'm not sure yet what it means.
